Inspiration
Rachel traveled and lived in India and Sri Lanka in the 90’s. She has never stopped dreaming of it since. Rachel has been back several times to India since the 90’s. Rupee Bar wouldn’t exist without her!
Joe Sundberg
GM
Joe does a little of this and a little of that at Rupee. Need to curate a wine list, fix a sink, mix a drink? 20 years of construction and restaurant experience will come in handy.

Patrick is a speedy genius behind the stick. His market driven cocktails have turned heads at Manolin. At Rupee, he’s put a focus on mixing South Asian and PNW ingredients. Add to that an extensive spirit collection and all the refinement of a world-class cocktail bar and the sky is the limit.
